the dartmouth mall, which is 670,000 sf, was built in 1971 and is in new dartmouth mass near the new bedford border, on Rt. 6, and it has 70 stores and it is kidn of older and it first had a 90,000 sf Zayre, a 100,000 sf JC Penny and a 90,000 sf SEars. and had a smaller cinema at one time. the malls was renovated in the mid 1980s and in the late 1990s. the mall now has pay half and a bug AMC cinema, that replcaed a 40,000 sf Woolworth and added to that woolworth. zayre became ames in 1989 and ames closed in 2002 and ames got demolished in laet 2003 and rebuilt into a 140,000 sf filene's that opened in fall 2004 and the filene's became macy's in 2006. the mall hgas a food court. the mall has old navy. woolworth was in the mall. kb toys opened in the mid 1990s. peir 1 imports is outside the mall edgars and cherry and webb were in the mall.
