I need some help with this picture!

I found this photo at deadmalls.com, its a store in New Orleans, but I can't tell what it is. It looks like an old Pennys but I'm not 100%. What do you think?

it might be a dillards or a jc penny or a montgomery ward

It probebly not a Dillard's because there was onein a different part of that mall. Can someone give me a pic zoomed in on the label scar? I'm not sure how to do it with my computer.

This is another one I can't figure out. I think it says Hills, but it doesn't look like it would have been a Hills.
