Getting frequent "Error 46-Not Acceptable" messages when navigating the site.

For the past week, I have been getting these error messages when trying to login and view content on the forums. I was able to login tonight, so hopefully it does not reoccur.

The board is on and off lately.

Its more a server thing we cant control it looks like.
