A new restaurant/buffet is replacing the Hometown Buffet in Manchester. Crab Du Jour, a seafood/American fare chain, is planning to open a restaurant in Manchester, called Flaming Grill and Modern Buffet. They even are looking at 1500 New Britain Avenue in West Hartford, which is the address for the Westfarms Mall. I'm thinking they might be looking at the former Ruby Tuesday space, which is the only vacant restaurant in the mall and has an outdoor entrance.
