Part of it is, the rest being a Peebles that will be closing soon (if it hasn't already).  Not that I wasn't just across the street from it today, just didn't see it enough to notice if they were still doing a closing sale, but probably.

Plaza also now has a Sonic in the parking lot, and they did re-do some of the stores on the side where the Price Chopper used to be (that was easier to see coming up the hill) with new facades.
