What am I thankful for?

I am thankful that I got out of the retail business and this is the 20th. anniversary
of the LAST Black Friday I will hopefully ever have to work.

Getting up at 4AM for a fourteen-hour day filled with screaming lunatics?  No thank you.
We always used to look out at the barbarian hordes assembled at our front door just
before opening time and engage in black humor about how someday someone will
get trampled to death.

And then it happened in a Long Island Walmart.
Don't miss it.  Not one tiny bit.
