White Plains, NY Walmart Closing

The Walmart in downtown White Plains, New York is closing in August. Among the reasons is that it's a leased location and a lot of their customers are uncomfortable with the idea of bringing their shopping cart into an elevator and going into a parking garage. They hope to find a suitable site nearby in to open a new location with open-air parking in the future.
