More may get added, and cant Kmart just close its doors and move on already, and one of my other friends who's a business man said that.

Sears closing thats a more iconic name but many are appauled by how it is now compared to 40 years ago and it closing could cripple some malls. Some malls are even selling its space to turn into outdoor shopping experiences.

Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne, PA is eyeing its sears to become a charter school, it is still currently open.
Neshaminy Mall would be in trouble if sears close since then the only department store would be Boscov's, it also has an AMC 24 as an anchor, along with a barnes & noble.

Susquehanna Valley Mall is in a similar boat to Neshaminy. Boscov's and AMC is all that's left.

York Galleria in York, PA, also has both Sears and Bon-Ton closing, leaving only Boscov's as the lone anchor

will that die like the WEst Manchester mall?

Cincinnati is losing its Sears at Tri-County mall.  It's sad, but not at all surprising.  What surprises me, though, is that I can't seem to find a mention of it anywhere except a YouTube Video and a little blurp in one oy my Flickr group discussions.  I can't believe none of the news outlets picked up on it.

The store is set to close August 5th, but the upper level mall entrance is already permanently gated shut.
