Artisan sandwiches at McDonalds

So after a three-plus year effort to simplify their menu and speed-up service,
McDonalds has done a sudden about-face by adding build-your-own artisan
sandwiches to the menu.

There are 3 flavor combinations.....guacamole, BBQ and onion, and Dijon bacon.
You have your choice of a couple different buns, several cheeses, and choice of
fried chicken patty, grilled chicken patty, or 1/4 lb burger.

I had one of the BBQ burgers on a brioche bun, and it was actually quite good.
But I can't help thinking that this is just really going to gum-up the drive thru
as people sit there, mulling over the combinations and trying to decide how
to build their sandwich.
