I wonder what will happen with this mall...  Is there hope as an indoor mall?

Maybe they should simply do something the Newington Mall, Nashua Mall or Bedford Mall...  but then again many retailers are already in the area and elsewhere in Concord...

Steeplegate is huge compared to those malls. Perhaps it has a future as a power center, but the redevelopment costs would be massive.
