Apparently there was a scene in an episode of the cartoon Oggy and the Cockroaches where there is a picture on the wall of a topless female. (Oggy and the Cockroaches? What the hang?  ??? )

It looks like the character is a duck.

To me I say - Who really cars? Nickelodeon is known for their sexual innuendos.  (See Below).

The characters on Sponge Bob live in a place called "Bikini Bottom".

And then there was the old Nick Toons Cartoon back in the 90s called Rocko's Modern Life. (See Below).

The neighbors were Mr. and Mrs. "Big Head".

There was a restaurant called "The Chokey Chicken."

The superhero was "Really Really Big Man."

There was also a character that sort of looked like a woman, but sounded like a man.

This thread is making me start to think that the people who write childrens' cartoons should be subject to mandatory background checks.

John Kricfalusi is a genius and a complete nut all at once.  He's responsible for many of the examples Marc mentioned, as the creator of Rocko's Modern Life.

Actually John K. created Ren and Stimpy, which is still well known for being a very edgy cartoon.

My mistake - mixed up the two shows.
