Where did you find the information for all of those stores from? How did you know A&P, Marc's Big Boy, Shoney's, Roy Rogers, Howard Johnson's, Chi Chi's, Arthur Treacher's Fish & Chips, Bonanza, Ponderosa, UNOCAL 76, ARCO, etc. have been in Northeast Wisconsin at some point? those chains exist but there are no locations in Northeast Wisconsin.

I learned of their existence through various sources, including the library (I dug most of the info up on microfilm from old newspapers), I also remember UNOCAL 76 from my childhood, which included the years of 1993-1996, some became Citgo, Amoco, and Mobil. Remember, anything with an asterisk "*" is defunct retail in Northeast Wisconsin. I also remember eating at Chi Chi's, Bonanza and Ponderosa when I was younger.)
