Is Central MA the most saturated supermarket battleground in New England?

Wegmans is also building a 70,000 square foot location in Newton, just outside of Boston.

I think that the Newton experiment will open a lot more doors since 140,000 square feet can be daunting to some and they've probably reached maximum size for their locations. 15 years ago Wegmans was building 100,000 square foot stores and they were in the 120,000 range when they entered PA/MD/VA.

There isn't much bigger they can get without hitting some consequences.
