Brandywine Town Center

This is a newer, high-end mall in Wilmington DE. It took 8 years to build, 1991-1999. It was supposed to have a food court inside, but I found out recently it never opened for legal reasons of some sort. :huh: :holysh: It's a dead mall inside, with all the stores sealed off with large ads! There are several offices scattered throughout the mall, some of which have a mall entrance. It has restrooms inside, and is two-storey however.

The mall was built on the site of a former horse racetrack that closed way back in the early 80s.
