Malls in Middletown, CT

I remember years ago reading that there was a Riverview Center (which had a Sears -now closed) and a Metro Square in Middletown, CT.  I don't hear much about them anymore.  Do they still exist?  Were they enclosed malls or shopping plazas?

Metro Square is still there.  It is a shopping plaza with a 12 screen movie theater and other stores.  I don't know anything about the other one.
