looking for my first job...

I'm looking for my first job ever. I've never worked before, but I do know a lot about retailing because when I was in 1-8 grade, my mom would pick me up and take me to her store where I waited for her to end to her shift (she was the manager and still is BTW)

NEway, if anyone could offer me job tips, thought on where I should apply (major stores here Target, K-Mart, Kroger, Toy R Us, Kohl's, Best Buy, Cicuit City, most regional companies)

My main concern is that I'm 16 with no previous work experience- Toledo is a college town and I'm worried that most jobs will be filled by students visting for the summer.

Just know that you cannot satisfy everyone even when you try your hardest but don't let it get you because there are some who will be the biggest jerks in the world. The majority of the people will be very thankful to you. If you want a good sales and customer service experience any of the stores that you have listed are good, also try Ace Hardware if you have one in your area. If the older guys there know that you want learn they will take you under their wing and it will be awesome to learn so much.:)
