How come you hate it? My kids love being schooled at home!! Semi-working from home, since I'm still building and remodeling homes...

Still working from home two years later, thank goodness. I can go into the office if I want, but am not required to. I actually just went in the other day to get out of the house for the day.

I am on what is called a "Hybrid Schedule". I am in the office 2 days per week and working from home the other 3. This started because my boss was afraid of packing too many of us into the office at one time and spreading COVID so he rotated who was there on what days. This fear has largely abated but he has not made any move to force us back five days per week. The office is only a ten minute drive from my house so it would not bother me if he did.
