Red Extra Special Bitter

Here is my latest, a Red ESB.

Had to actually turn off the boil and leave it for about a 1/2 hr to pick a friend up, who forgot to renew his license. He got stopped over in Erving and needed someone to give him and his car a ride back to the school. Thinking of naming it something clever along those lines!
