This Ames eluded us for quite some time. After surveying the entire perimeter we still couldn't positively put our finger on where exactly it was, due to the fact there were three brand new free standing buildings. On a hunch it was ShopRite, we asked a friendly patron, and she informed us that ShopRite indeed was on the site of the former Ames. Although we are still not sure if the store was demolished, or remodeled.
