    wow nice photo! I wonder what year this is from. I never remember a Holyoke Ames, must have been torn down long ago. I love those "Holyoke" lightposts, makes me think of going down I-91 as a little kid and knowing Holyoke was getting close by the lightposts

    So today I found an article from October 31, 1992. Apparently, this store was one of the stores closed after it acquired Zayre, and was under Chapter 11. It was one of 60 locations in 12 states to close within the first quarter of 1993. This is why I don't remember this location either!!
