The pictures below are not actually from our Ames, but this is basically what it looked like. The liquidation company put up hundreds of these signs, and had tons more in back, of which we raided along with anything interesting from the dumpster. These yellow and red blotched signs littered up and down Main St. in Dudley stretching as far as the courthouse and all the way to Webster. Since Ames meant so much, they even paid people to stand around with signs directing them to their final Bargains by the Bagful...
