Rusty Technibilt 6542s at various Capital Region ShopRites

Somewhere some ShopRite(s) decided that our stores were the perfect dumping ground for their rusting 10 year old shopping carts. Affected stores are Colonie and even Niskayuna. I wonder if Slingerlands got them too.

Perhaps it has to do with these stores being corporate owned?

Thus, they can do whatever they want to, including getting items (like carts) from other places that are upgrading and using them in their stores to save a few bucks?

That and maybe the fact these stores haven't been remodeled... yet. Makes things more interesting I guess.
