This is a small strip center in the densely populated Pittsburgh suburb of Dormont.
Wedged in along US Truck Route 19, and set in a heavily residential neighborhood,
it's a bit unique in that it's parking lot is METERED by Dormont Borough.  To my
knowledge this is the only shopping center in the area where you must actually pay
to park.

Tenants in this center include a bowling alley, The Exchange (a used video game/CD/video store), Sport Clips, Payless Shoes (which will apparently be going out of business and leaving a gaping hole here soon), Little Caesar's, Dunkin Donuts, and a PA Wine and Spirits store.  At the far end is a physical rehab clinic which fills a space that was long occupied by CVS until they moved out into a freestanding location several years ago.

Upstairs are some offices and the Pittsburgh Bartending Institute.  They used to run cheesy commercials on afternoon television hawking the school and promising training "behind an actual bar!"   ::)

The Payless Shoe Store in Dormont Village is deep into it's Going Out of Business Sale
(as they all are).

Against this backdrop, a couple of weeks ago the Little Caesar's shop next-door
suddenly closed.

This is going to leave a gaping hole in this relatively small strip center.
