New Hampshire's Golden Triangle took a major hit, but strangely Steeplegate Mall survives

(Subject modified to clarify that the Business Insider report about store closures is unconfirmed and has not been picked up by other media outlets or confirmed by company officials.)

Welp, there goes the Crystal Mall location. Odd that it's listed twice.

Upper Valley Mall is Springfield is no surprise; that mall has been on its way out for a while now.  What I am surprised (and relieved) to see is that Cincinnati's Tri-County mall isn't losing its Claire's.

..and two thumbs down to the article writers for not sorting that list by state...or anything else for that matter.

King Of Purssia (Spelling) Is A Healthy Mall Isn't It.. I could understand if the one in the Muncie Mall in Muncie Indiana went out but not the one at KOP

Could be any number of reasons.  The overall health (or lack thereof) in the mall may not mean that a particular store in that mall does well or poorly.  It can be that way, but there could be times that a particular store just doesn't get the customers (or that it does when the rest of the mall doesn't).

There could also be cases where they do OK but the costs of that particular store is just too much to justify keeping it (something like the store in the Mall of America would be one that might apply to, sine a mall like that could have higher rents to pay for upkeep in the larger facility).

I don't think the KOP store is at the KOP Mall. The address given was Dekalb Pike. The KOP Mall is on North Gulph Road.

It's starting to look like the store closure list may not be legitimate. Claire's is stating this is strictly a debt restructuring, and no other publications are picking up on the store closures.

680 W. Dekalb Pike is the address for The Court at King of Prussia; 160 N. Gulph Rd is The Plaza (the older and larger of the two).  Up until last year they were two separate malls that customers could walk between outside, but now they're connected with an elevated corridor.  The Claire's is in The Court, which even after the expansion doesn't usually get as much traffic.

I know our local news mentioned the two somewhat local closings listed (Schenectady, NY and Lee, MA) which I would think they would have confirmed before announcing that?
