Starting in March ME-TV is leasing 87.7 FM in Chicago to launch a ME-TV Radio station that will feature Oldies Music focusing primarily on music from the 1970s.

Cool!  Since Bottom Dollar Foods shut down and I lost access to their in-store
Muzak system I've been wondering where I'd be getting my 70's music fix.

Me TV's now expanding into the radio business? Good luck with that experiment. Next thing you know, a "Me TV Newspaper" featuring reruns of old stories and comic strips will enter the scene to compete with Chicago's main newspapers.

That's what the newspaper archives at the public library are for, plus most of them are stored on microfilm. I really hope that if MeTV Radio expands nationally, that they get the national syndication rights for rebroadcasts of Casey Kasem's American Top 40: The '70s.
