A new project is underway in Bridgeport, Connecticut that officials hope will help the troubled city of 145,000 residents. The project will include Bass Pro Shop's first store in Connecticut along with the first Starbucks and Chipolte Mexican Grill in Bridgeport. There also will be other yet-to-be named tenants. In addition the project may include apartments, a marina, a movie theater, and 2 hotels.
