In the news this morning, President Obama will issue an Executive Order redefining when certain
people classified as "salaried exempt" management must now receive overtime pay.

Back in the day when I was an Ames Assistant Manager making 17 grand to work 60 and 70 hour weeks,
most of that with a broom or box cutter in my hand, my colleagues and I would have been turning cartwheels
over this move.

How do you think it is going to be received today?  And how will it impact the retail business?
Will it cause employers to cut back, or will it actually increase employment as they seek to hire more
and avoid paying the overtime?
