Pretty self-explanatory. All you need to do is to list your city, market number, and the channels your market has, including digital subchannels and low-power TV stations. If you are stuck, the market listings page can help at RabbitEars.info. http://www.rabbitears.info/market.php

You forgot Channel 4 WACP - Infomercials which is in Atlantic City but is part of the Philly TV Market, and Channel 60 which is a Religious Channel licensed to Bethlehem, and Channel 69 WFMZ which is in Allentown. 69.1 IND, 69.2 Accuweather, 69.3 Retro TV.

Also if that's the same Channel 7 from back in the day I knew the guy who ran it. He never could make the station work because of its weak signal and COMCAST's refusal to carry the station on cable. When he ran it I believe it was called Channel 7 TV Heaven. Later some old dude named RJ (who these days hosts a Disco Show on WVLT FM 92.1 in Vineland, New Jersey and wears a bad toupee) ran the station and he ran a 2 hour video of his wedding on a loop on Channel 7 for several months.

Connecticut Update:

WZME 43.2 is now a classic movie channel called The Works.
WZME 43.3 was Retro-TV (formerly on 43.2) until 12AM this morning. WZME and Retro-TV's parent company are in dispute.

August 2014 Detroit Update:

A new WPXD-TV subchannel has been created-HSN on 31.6, it is also simulcasted on W48AV as 48.6.
W33BY is now a Launch TV affiliate.

Also, as of June 16, the same parent company now owns WXYZ and WMYD, as a result, in addition to becoming the first EW Scripps-owned My Network TV station, WMYD discontinued it's 10 PM newscast (which was actually produced in Fort Wayne, Indiana) in favor of one produced by WXYZ titled 7 Action News at 10 on TV 20 and on August 4, it launched two additional hours (7-9 AM) of WXYZ's morning newscast, 7 Action News This Morning, in an attempt to compete with WJBK's long-leading morning newscast and the national news shows, including, ironically, Good Morning America on WXYZ. This, however, isn't the first time WXYZ has produced a newscast for another Detroit station, it previously produced a 10 PM newscast for WKBD (then a UPN affiliate) between December 2002 and 2005.

Well, between 2009 and this year, WISE-TV and WPTA, the respective NBC and ABC stations in Fort Wayne (both of which were in some way owned by Granite Broadcasting as well), produced WMYD's 10 PM newscast. The newscasts were all produced in advance using Fort Wayne-based anchors and Detroit-based reporters. As a matter of fact, WISE-TV's facilities somewhat became the central hub for Granite's Midwestern stations.

Prior to that, WMYD's newscasts were all produced by the Independent News Network in Davenport, Iowa.

In addition to the above, Me TV does have a Detroit station, but it's cable-only (in fact, it's only on WOW and AT&T Uverse) and is just the complete national feed. It is branded as "Me TV Detroit" on WOW.

Time-Warner cable in NYC carries the national feed of ME-TV. They claim they can't pick up WZME 43 from Bridgeport (their antenna is in Seymour), Connecticut. Some other cable companies in the NYC area carry WZME. TWC will be dropping the national feed in NYC once the new affiliate KVNV Channel 3 signs on.

After all, there are stations that begin with "K" in that part of the country-KLW (also in Philadelphia) and KDKA (Pittsburgh).

And a couple others as well - though all are "grandfathered", having been in existence before the W/K system was established.  From Wikipedia:

KDKA enjoys grandfathered status as one of six remaining stations east of the Mississippi River that have call letters beginning with K. Three of them are in Pittsburgh, the other two being KDKA-FM (KDKA's sister station) and KQV, as well as KDKA's longtime sister station KYW in Philadelphia (though the KYW callsign has in the past been used in Chicago and Cleveland); KFIZ in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; and KTGG Spring Arbor, Michigan (though in that instance, it was due to a clerical error at the FCC).

Or a government employee who did not know that Michigan was east of the Mississippi.

So they have bumped MeTV from 9.2 to 9.3, and slid the new Fox station in at 9.2.

Since posting this I have bought a new television that can actually receive WTRF, at least
when the wind is blowing in the right direction.  Station lineup for that channel as follows.

7.1 - WTRF-TV main (CBS affiliate)
7.2 - MyTV Ohio Valley (replacing the Fox channel that moved to 9.2)
7.3   ABC Ohio Valley (WTRF has long had a secondary affiliation with ABC)

WPGH-TV has dropped the country music on 53.2 and inserted GetTV (classic movies) on this channel.

And WBGN-TV is now simulcasting Retro TV on 59.1 and 59.3.  Previously 59.1 had been programmed
as an independent (mostly infomercials with a smattering of reruns and talk shows in the afternoon/evening).
Right now the schedules overlap 100%, except that on Saturday nights at 10, 59.1 breaks away for the
locally produced It's Alive horror movie TV show, which has something of a local cult following.

WBGN was sold recently and is under new ownership.
Whether this portends some new service going in at 59.3 soon, who knows?

My new television can also pick up WBGN's Beaver Valley transmitter at 66.1, 66.2, etc.

NYC once the new affiliate KVNV

A new television station in New York with a call sign that begins with "K"? Seriously?!  ???

They moved the station into the New York market from out in Wyoming, but they might change to a "W". Their sister station in Philly KJWP too.

Three of them are in Pittsburgh, the other two being KDKA-FM (KDKA's sister station) and KQV, as well as KDKA's longtime sister station KYW in Philadelphia (though the KYW callsign has in the past been used in Chicago and Cleveland); KFIZ in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; and KTGG Spring Arbor, Michigan (though in that instance, it was due to a clerical error at the FCC).

...And here are some Mexican TV stations that serve an American audience:

Baja California/California

*XETV-TDT 6, Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico/San Diego, California, USA "San Diego 6 The CW"
**6.1 The CW/XETV programming
**6.2 Canal 5 (XHGC-TV, Mexico City, Mexico)

*XHAS-TDT 33, Tijuana, California, Mexico/San Diego, California, USA "Telemundo 33"
**33.1 Telemundo
**33.2 LATV

*XHDTV-TDT 49, Tecate, Baja California, Mexico/San Diego, California, USA "XDTV MyTV 13"
**49.1 MyNetworkTV/XHDTV programming
**49.2 MundoFox

Tamaulipas/Texas

*XHRIO-TV 2, Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico/McAllen, Texas, USA "XRIO-MundoFox Valle" & "FOX 2"
**MundoFox
**Fox/KFXV programming

*XELD-TV 7, Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico/McAllen, Texas, USA (defunct since 1954)
(September 15, 1951-April 29, 1954)

During the summer, Post-Newsweek Stations, which owned WDIV, was sold off and renamed Graham Media Group. In addition, it moved it's headquarters from WDIV's downtown Detroit studios to Chicago.

New stations are coming to Packerland!

WBAY-TV 2.3 of Green Bay, Wisconsin discontinued Live Well Network when they stopped broadcasting on May 29, 2015 after carrying it for a few extra months. Unfortunately, they aborted their plans to go ahead and replace the Live Well Network lifestyle subchannel with Decades, a classic TV subchannel, after being pushed back from its original January debut. A black and white WBAY-TV test pattern featuring the message is now featured on that subchannel:

"Thank you for tuning into WBAY 2-3! As of May 29, Live Well Network is no longer operational. We apologize for any inconvenience. More information on 2-3 coming soon! WBAY TV Green Bay - Fox Cities"

--

WGBA-TV 26 of Green Bay, Wisconsin is about to get a new second subchannel: "LAFF" (their first was "TheCoolTV", now "Me-TV")

and...

WACY-TV 32 of Appleton, Wisconsin will get two new subchannels: "Escape" and "Grit"

The exact mappings of those subchannels is yet to be determined.
