Does anyone know anything about this company? They built the lockers at my high school. Apparently they had plants in Conshohocken and Oaks, PA. Are they officially out of business?

Ok, I found a few things about this company. The first being it was originally in Wilmington, Delaware, and the son opened up his own in Montgomery County, PA. The son died in 1902. The company itself declared bankruptcy around 1977, from what I get out of this article from the EPA. Here is the link:
