Like hotels,amusment parks,parks,racetracks,sports areanas,etc.
landmarks included!

what places have you've been to that have been your favorite what do you remember about them,what made them so unique

BTW to clear up the confusion I was formerly 76fanAmesmanBBTB but now I renamed myself 76&AmesfanmanBBTB due to forgetting my password this time I've made a new password and have wrote it down so I won't forget!
 

anybody remember old Holiday Inn when they had the Great Sign?

I remember that great sign Holiday Inn used but my favorite is the old Best Western logo .

I've been to several hotels, nothing that was really a landmark. However, last summer I stayed in an old Former HOJO'S hotel (was branded as Best Value Inn) with an abandoned(sp?) restaurant next door. I didn't get a chance to look around too much though:(
