Process of a grocery store remodel

Just curious. If your local supermarket ever went through a remodel, what were the first few changes in the appearance of the store, going right through the final touches on the store?

i think when  both shaws and price chopper went tough remoulding they   started tareing up ther floors then went tough moveing things around

I don't think I've ever seen one remodeled. Unless it's new or something. Kroger once remodeled an old Food 4 Less to make it look like Kroger.
