GPS Navigation Suggestions...

I am considering purchasing a portable navigation unit and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or opinions. I am leaning toward the TomTom ONE XL-S GPS unit at BestBuy for $299 . Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I ended up buying one at Radio Shack for $99 for Christmas with a corporate coupon I had, I'll go find out what it is when I get home!  I've head the Tom Tom's are the best though!
