Mine was somewhere in the mid-700s. It must've dropped or something cuz my APR on my credit card went from 9.9% to 19.9%. I wonder if that happened because that stupid hotel in King of Prussia caused me to nearly go over my limit. They like tripled charged me then they took off those charges.

The charges from my vacation should've been:

$240 - Rental of Chevy Trailblazer with GPS and Insurance for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

$328 - Hotel Room at King of Prussia Holiday Inn Express for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Then re-embursment for $105 for checking out on Saturday instead of Sunday.

What the charges ended up being:

$240 - Rental of Chevy Trailblazer with GPS and Insurance for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

$328 - Hotel Room at King of Prussia Holiday Inn Express for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

$95 - Hotel Room for Thursday.
$105 - Hotel Room for Friday.

Later they put back the $95 and $105. Plus the $105 for leaving Saturday instead of Sunday.

Yeah, when I was 18, it was almost impossible for me to get over 700 due to my accounts being new.

I know when I buy my dad's car, I'ma having him cosign for the loan. It should help somewhat... his score is almost perfect, except for my mom who's a huge spender, but pays the bills on time.

Good Luck my friend. Dont miss the payments and pay a little more each month. .....and try not to put the INSURANCE on credit....:goodidea:

I've saved up enough $$$ over the years to easily buy a new car, so I could pay it off and still have a nice chunk of change in the bank.

But most of the $$$ is in CD's, so...
