Former Ames store in Watertown, NY

Here is a pic of one of three former Ames locations in Watertown, NY.  This store is located in what used to be called the Northland Plaza, just off State Street on the city's east side.  This store, I believe, was originally one of the old Big N stores, which merged with Ames in the late 1970's.  The other two stores were a former Zayre on Arsenal Street and a former Hills in the Salmon Run Mall.  This store pictured here became a Hackett's last year.  Hackett's is a locally-owned hardware/department store chain.  The other plaza store was split into three other chains and the mall store is now a Gander Mountain.
