It's a strange thing, but, all the locations that opened in the Memphis area a few years back have all closed.  Since they offered breadsticks when you ordered pizza, maybe it was "lack of dough."  (I couldn't resist the pun!)

Reviving a 12 year old thread. I haven't been (for obvious reasons), but Fazolli's just opened recently at the Truck Stop in Southington, Connecticut.

When my wife's grandmother was still living we would go visit her each year (in Kentucky). 2 of her favorite restaurants (neither of which we had back home) were Captain D's & Fazoli's, and we tried them both. My wife always jokes about how much she disliked them, & how much Granny & I thought they were just fine. If I had one nearby I'd make it an occasional lunch stop.
