not really malls but its just soemthing i dected to post om hear if anyone feels it should be moved then do so but hear is a placed were u can tlak about shoppingcenter dead or alive exp like the newingtion fair in CT ect

They really need to do something with Shaw's Plaza on Route 10 in Southington. The parking lot is full of holes. The buildings are crumbling. There's poor drainage. They rarely salt the place in the winter.  In February 2005 the lights in the parking lot failed, so they juryrigged an extension cord from the top of one of the light poles into the back room at Shaw's where the electical panel is. There are two reasons they'll never tear the plaza down, however. 1. All the stores are filled, except for the former KB Toyworks. And 2. The Plaza is the 4th Highest Taxpayer in Southington.
