Party City Southington, CT closing

The Party City store in ShopRite Plaza in Southington is closing. This store was originally The Big Party, which changed it's name to i-Party, which merged with Party City several years ago.

While there are no "Store Closing Signs. There are signs up that say "Entire Store on Sale". "This location Only." "Nothing Held Back."

Plus it's ready listed as available on True Realty's website. Although there is some inaccurate stuff on their site, the signs I saw at the store make me believe it's true.

At 8,350 square feet this will be a difficult vacancy to fill.
