Here are a few that I know of:

• The ones in Westland and Sterling Heights, MI were each torn down for an MJR Digital Cinemas location.
• The ones in Ann Arbor, MI and at Franklin Park Mall in Toledo, OH were later Rave and are now Cinemark, both are still branded as Rave though.
• There were two across from each other on Telegraph in Pontiac, MI: screens 1-5 and 6-12 (I think). Both were shuttered in 2002. 1-5 was torn down for a Target, 6-12 was torn down for a car dealership.
• There was another one along I-75 in Auburn Hills, MI. That one closed in the early 2000's and I believe it has been torn down.
• The one in Dearborn, MI first opened as the Dearborn Theater in 1941. Showcase purchased it in the 1970's and it was closed in the 2000's and torn down in 2010.

Southington, CT. Opened in the early 1990s on Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike. (Had been in the works in Southington since the 1980s, but on West Street). Became Rave. Sold to Starplex. Being sold to AMC.

Berlin, CT Sold to Rave. Sold to Starplex. Being sold to AMC.

Manchester, CT. Sold to Rave. Sold to Cinemmark.

North Haven, CT. Sold to Rave. Sold to Cinemark (but kept Rave name). Torn down. New Cinemark opened in Summer of 2015.

Milford, CT. Sold to Rave. Sold to Cinemark.

Florence, KY: sold to Rave and later to Cinemark

Kings Mills, OH: closed circa 2008, now a church
