Woolworth - Stores by these names still exist in Mexico (as a discount store) and in Australia (as a supermarket).
Kmart - Australia and New Zealand; started out as joint venture between the American S.S. Kresge Co. and Coles Supermarkets of Australia. The chain is now unrelated to Kmart U.S.
Toys "R" Us - The Toys "R" Us chain has filed for bankruptcy in the U.S., Australia and the U.K. Toys "R" Us however, still lives on in parts of Canada...for now...
