Market Basket and other shops originally slated for completion in late 2019 will now not open until Spring 2020. The 8,000-capacity outdoor concert venue is still on target to open in May.

Good question! I have no idea whatsoever. They're talking seven years for some of the more ambitious parts of the project as presently conceived to be completed. The only retail tenants officially mentioned so far are Market Basket and Starbucks.
