Growing Pains reruns?

I've wondered why this show hasn't been picked up by any of the retro television networks? It's odd that far less popular shows like Amen and Mr. Belvedere has seen more air time lately than Growing Pains.

I remembered the first 3-4 seasons were quite funny. The latter seasons weren't so good, especially after Jeremy Miller grew big and they added another child, Ashley Johnson.

a. Is it the dullness of the later seasons that hurt the early seasons from being shown? Ironically, Leonardo DiCaprio was part of the last seasons, even though the late seasons weren't as good.
b. Kirk Cameron being too right wing? If Kirk Cameron had become like Jason Bateman, maybe there'd be more interest for these reruns?

I thought for sure that TVGN (now POP) was going to show Growing Pains reruns because last year they aired both reunion movies.
