TheFugitive

This is a Canadian sitcom which was a top-rated show in Canada from 2004-2009.
It is the work of Saskatchewan-born comedian Brent Butt (yes, that is actually his name!)
based on his stand-up musings of what his life would be like if he had not left his hometown
for a life in show biz.

"I'd be back home pumping gas" was his answer.  And so the show is set in the tiny fictional town of
Dog River, Saskatchewan, where Brent has taken over the local filling station that was started by his
cranky and cantankerous father, Oscar.   A very surreal rural comedy along the lines of Green Acres,
filled with the sort of eccentric characters that seem to gravitate to small, rural towns.

This show ran briefly on WGN America, but is now not available anywhere in the States that I can find.
Despite the fact that it is quite funny, and extremely clean by 21st. century sitcom standards.

Anyone have any idea where this show may be seen currently?
