James L. Avery, Sr.
(November 25, 1945-December 31, 2013)

James Avery was best known for his portrayal of Philip Banks, uncle of Will Smith's character in the TV show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. He was also the voice of Shredder, the villain in the 1987 cartoon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
