The big and tall shops merged?

When did the big and tall shops merge? I noticed Destination XL, Casual Male XL, and Rochester Big and Tall are all the same place now. I thought that at one time Casual Male and Rochester used to be separate competing stores.

P.S. When did Casual Male in Waterbury, CT close? They were in Shoprite Plaza in a out building close to Wolcott Street next to Game Stop.

what I've seen on wilkipedia, here are the following store locations:
Destination XL: 10
Rochester B&T: 16
Casual Male XL: 440

and all 6 locations (3 retail stores, and 3 online stores [BT Factory Direct, Shoes XL, and Living XL]) all are now under 1 website: DestinationXL.com
