I crossed the Canadian border to get to Michigan twice this summer and what if when they asked me what am I doing in Canada and I say smuggling drugs do you want some

IF they told me to get out of the car, what if I refused to get out.

I'd assume if you told them you were smuggling drugs they would at least search your vehicle.  If you refuse, I believe they have the right to detain you or deny you entry.

Is there a particular reason why you would want to do this?? That's almost like offering a Cop one of your Coors Light when you're pulled over for a DUI stop.

I wont do it. ITs just a funny question.   And if I refused to get out could they get me out anyway? A coworker at work who was a cop said they will get me out and I will go out walking or dragging and I TOLD him I will leave the door locked  and hold the door shut tight and he said "That Don't mean no nothing" and I told him so they dont get to my window my windsheild wippers will go and he said "That aint gonna save me".

Crawford

I believe at the very least you would be charged with making a false statement and resisting a police officer for not getting out of your car. Cops don't take kindly to sarcasm or "jokes"

another concern unrelated, if a person at Checkout gate in an airport and is unhappy about his flight getting cancelled and in a normal tone of voice uses the F swear word, what will happen to him. I had a cancelled flight. would they call security?

now back to this, about the smuggling drugs question what would the persons car look like after they search it?
