STore locator

Why does the store locator only work once in a blue moon for me? About 90% of the time it gives me an error that the connection was refused because it may not be accepting connections or is busy... what's going on here?

I will look into it...  Because ASP database hosting is so expensive, I have to unfortunately host it from home.  I will try balancing my server load and see if that helps...  Sorry.
