Any ideas for the \"Shoppes at South Hills\"

As you may know from living in the Hudson Valley NY or reading about it here or on deadmalls.com the South Hills Mall is dead and destroyed. The parking lot is torn up and the front of the building is gone. They are putting new open lot retail spaces up in its place.
Any idea which stores can go here? We have KMart, Burlington Coat Factory and a Shop Rite. Christmas Tree Shops is coming soon.
List stores that you like that maybe we could use in Poughkeepsie. Especially chains that aren't in NY yet.
I'd love to see a Meijer here because I love toys and good toys are getting hard to find.
