Burger King to undergo major restructuring to become more competitive.  Will close up to 400 stores nationwide, boot weak franchisees.  Michigan-based franchisee closes 28 stores after being unable to resolve issues with US Dept. of Labor.  Franchised stores in Pittsburgh and Eastern Ohio being sold.  Big changes!
