Robinson Township, PA location.  Very similar to the defunct ChiChi's.
Though this particular location was having a dreadful fruit fly problem
(margarita spilled under a booth I reckon).

Looks like about 30 locations on their map - perhaps the original poster just meant that the ones in that area were history (looks like, from the article, a bunch in one area closed suddenly - probably some issue with whoever owned those as a franchisee).
