I heard about a possible new center in a december article of the Sun Journal of Lewiston.  Here is the related paragraph:

i think dept stores should also strat thinking of opend stores in a power center i know kohls dose it but itas not a bad idea to add a macys or a sears or a jc penny ect i thibnk it would help them out
